We don't have TI CC2564C based module , but we do have 3rd party Panasonic module using CC2564C: na.industrial.panasonic.com/.../pan1326c-bluetooth-classic-low-energy-rf-module

Yes, the TI dual-mode Bluetooth Stack for CC2564C is compatible with the module. You may need to do the relevant platform/hardware level porting in the HAL of the stack.
