Hi guys,

Could CC2540 be used with Bluetooth device without BLE technology?

Someone reminded me CC2540 could only be used with other BLE devices, isn't it?

If so, is there any other solution for me to develop Bluetooth equipment? I don't want CC2560 solution, as it hasn't mass product yet. Is there solution such as: MSP430+CC2500+Bluetooth Stack(MindTree Ethermind) or anything else?
