CC2640R2F: couldn't build example simple_peripheral_stack for CC2640R2F

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I installed CCS v7.0.0.00042 to C:\ti/ccsv700/ccsv7 and installed "CC2640R2 SDK" to C:\ti\simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_2_30_00_28

I could build example simple_peripheral_app. but I couldn't build example simple_peripheral_stack.

Note: When i selecting simple_peripheral_stack its not getting BOLD(Active)

Hi,

There has been some problem regarding CC2640R2 SDK. The needed XDC tools is missing.
You can download the XDC tools from the link below (3.50.08.24)
downloads.ti.com/.../

Let me know if it's still not working

I tried with XDS 3.50.08.24 but it still not working.
Additional information:
installed CCS IDE on windows 7- 64 bit

Can you follow the release note and download the CCS 8.2 and make sure you have the correct compiler version.
IAR Embedded Workbench: EWARM-8.20.2
TI Code Composer Studio: CCS-8.2.0.0
TI Code Generation Tools for ARM: 18.01.03.LTS
XDCTools: 3.50.08.24

Hi Komal,

I suggest you install the latest CCS 8.2.x. I am not sure if CCS 8.2.x will work without problems at Windows 7.
