CC2640R2F: Seeking experienced BLE firmware engineer for med device development

Part Number: CC2640R2F

Not sure if this is a good place to ask (see no prohibition in terms of use) but the general freelance developer websites have not produced results so here goes... We are a small med device start-up looking to expand our team with a firmware engineer familiar with development of BLE enabled solutions using the CC26xx platform. Project is underway on a custom CC2640R2F board and we need additional resources with the ability to work 20-40 hours per week for several months at least. Key areas of development are robust and secure BLE data transmission, power conservation, and compatibility with existing clinical workflows. Please contact me directly (jonathan.engel at suramedical.com) to discuss details. Thanks to the community for being a generous and outstanding resource!

  • Hello Jonathan,

This is not a job posting or freelancing website, for this reason we cannot help you with 20-40 hour engineering efforts.

If you have technical questions regarding our product family (CC26xx and CC13xx) please feel free to post them and we will do our best to answer those.

Once again, we answer to technical questions regarding our products this is not a freelancing/job posting website.

    Regards,
    AB
  • I appreciate the response and yes E2E is not a job site. E2E is useful. Zing! My viewpoint is that the primary benefit of the E2E community is to provide rapid, no-cost freelancing of technical issues among ourselves in an effort to enable the use of TI products and reduce the burden of support on TI employees such as yourself. In seeking experts in this particular TI chip family, I am unable to find anywhere else where such experts congregate and would suggest a forum category be added for this type of request for expertise for hire. Is there someone I can talk to about that? Regardless of your role on the forums as a TI employee providing answers to technical questions (thank you BTW) my need to locate assistance in bringing a high-volume TI powered product to market remains and would seem to align with the overall goal of the E2E support network to increase sales of TI parts by easing adoption and leveraging the community at large. Thanks again!
