CC2540: I need the Win7 and Win10 drivers.

Part Number: CC2540

My custom application successfully communicates to the CC2540 via the TI driver TI CC2540 Low-Power RF to USB CDC Serial Port version 1.1.0.0 on a Win7 PC.

On a Win10 PC, my application does not work because it can't find the COM port for the CC2540. Win10 is using a native driver (see below). My QUESTION is where do I get the driver that will work in Win10?

Thanks for the driver. How do I install it? There is no *.exe

After you unzip it, there is an inf file and you can right click it to install the driver.

Hi,

I installed the INF file, but the driver for the CC2540 didn't update. Then I opened and read the header of the INF file, and it doesn't list Win10 64-bit as one of the supported operating systems.

Is there another driver for Win10 64-bit?

According to your screenshot, I see the COM port is simulated and don’t see any problem of installed driver. Can you elaborate what you mean “On Win 10, my application does not work because it can't find the COM port for the CC2540“?
