CCS/CC2640R2F: BLE5-Stack 1.01.03.00 + OAD

Hi, I have downloaded the latest stack for CC2640R2 (SDK 2.30.00.28 -> BLE5-Stack 1.01.03.00) and I can't find an example of OAD with BLE5 stack. I see in the documentation that on previous versions it was available (BLE5-Stack 1.01.01 http://dev.ti.com/tirex/content/simplelink_cc26x2_sdk_1_60_00_43/docs/ble5stack/ble_user_guide/html/ble-stack-oad/index.html).

Does CC2640R2 support OAD with this version of BLE5 stack?

    Hey Carlos,

    Unfortunately, there is no OAD support for the CC2640R2 with BLE5. There is simply not enough memory on the CC2640R2 to support OAD on BLE5. There is only support for OAD with BLE4.2.

    The documentation posted actually refers to the newer device, the CC26x2, which has more flash and can support OAD on BLE5.
