I'm looking for dedicated I2C pins on CC2640,
I'm unable to find them in Datasheet, Please help..

From 11.3 in the TRM (www.ti.com/.../swcu117h.pdf ): "The MCU IOC can map a number of peripheral modules such as GPIO, SSI (SPI), UART, I2C, and I2S to any of the available I/Os". See the board files for which pins we have used in our example.
