CC2540: Remove the external 32.768k crystal, but still set it as the 32k clock in the code, is there any risk?

Part Number: CC2540

Hi Team,

My customer remove the external 32768 crystal without modifying the original code due to  the demand for BOM cost reduction.

1. In their code, they are still using the external crystal as the OSC.

2. They modified the powersaving defined symbols.

3. They find that  after crystal init, the register has been updated as below, the external 32768 crystal is configured as the OSC.

But actually, they had removed the 32768 crystal already, if customer don't need the PM2 and PM3 mode, is that any risk for their current usage in PM1,active,idle mode? Thanks a lot.
