Can you provide sniffer log?

What's the master device?

I will try to capture a sniffer log. But i'm having issues to capture the packets after the connection has been established. The sniffer does not capture the data exchange after connection establishment.

I'm using the multi-role project for our application. The device is both in master and slave mode.

I also changed the MAX_PDU_SIZE size to 80 bytes payload + L2CAP_HDR_SIZE + 3 bytes notification header size, a total of 87 bytes. Is this correct?

Could a larger MTU size prevent the sniffer to capture the data packets after a connection has been established?

I'm using a connection interval of 200ms and 0 slave latency.

Could multiple incoming and outgoing connections establishments and terminations bring link layer acknowledgements to be inconsistent?
I've changed the data exchange to use indications, but still I do get missing messages. Is the confirmation event always be synchronised with the current connection, if a large number of devices is connecting and disconnecting after delivering the data?

I am assuming you are using TI CC2540 dongle as sniffer. Then what you can do is to limited your advertising channel to only one channel and then it's more likely for TI sniffer to track the connection.

The TI sniffer will be able to track one connection at a time.
