As I know, TI BLE Stack doesn't support this.

No, there is no specific timestamping mechanism. You can get notified after a connection event or advertisement ends with the HCI_EXT_ConnEventNoticeCmd() and HCI_EXT_AdvEventNoticeCmd() API's

I still have a problem, how to achieve simultaneous reception of multiple hosts while the slave is broadcasting, in order to synchronize the clock.
