What is the use case here? Why do you want to modify the interrupt priority for the RF driver SWIs?

I just want to understand what kind of software interrupts will come from RF and how it affects system load.

The hardware interrupts from the RF Core is not the same as the software interrupts used by the RF driver. They are of course linked, but are two separate entities.

"Affects system load" is a very vague definition. Could you please elaborate more on what you are trying to understand here?

I wanted to understand what kind of software interrupts available in RF and if I give my RF SWI priority as 5 will it delay/affect the BLE stack events to the application or other task events . Is it necessary to give lowest priority to SWI in RF.

I am not going to change it. As I said earlier I just wan to understand and know what are the(SWI and HWI) interrupts are coming from RF.
