CC2564C: small package demand

Dears,

We use CC2564BYFVR in our project,it's small BGA package suitable to us.

now we have a new BT project request,need multipoint connection,so we want to verify CC2564C.

At first,do the CC2564C will have a small BGA package?The CC2564CRVMR's package is too large for us.

    Hi,

    Currently we are looking into this option however there is no date in the near future to have a BGA package for the CC2564C.

    If and when we will decide to have such a package we will make sure to update on TI.com.
