I flash host test hex file from "C:\ti\simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_2_30_00_28\examples\rtos\CC2640R2_LAUNCHXL\blestack\hexfiles". Then I use Run_BTool.bat.

Have you tried running it with host test flashed in CCS or IAR? There shouldn't be any difference in running BTool. It didn't work for me initially either but after unplugging the device and re-opening the device in BTool it worked.

Also, do you have another board you can try running it on?

Do you use scope to check UART signal on TX/RX pins?

I used another board and was able to use BTool to scan for devices but then I still get the same error. This BTool at SDK 2.30 is low quality and your customers , hobbyist and ordinary users experience this.

Before I have tested one feature of a product 1000 times manually just to make sure it is reliable. It is basic engineering practice to make sure your product is of the highest quality.

What sort of testing does BTool undergo before releasing it to the public. I guess it is no good because I am reporting this problem at TI E2E Forum.
