CC2540: CC2540 UART can't communicate

We want to control CC2540 through UART, but we find that UART can't communicate normally.No value is returned by sending a command to CC2540 through the serial port tool on PC

What might be the reason? Schematic diagram is as follows.It is also a failure to level the P0.4 pin to a stable low level

Do you test your board with HostTest and Btool?

I would suggest you to test your board with HostTest and Btool first and make sure it works, which would prove your UART works. Then, you can try to test your board with CMW500.

I tried hostTest and BTool, but CC2540 could not connect with BTool. Could you please check the schematic diagram for me

Your schematic looks OK to me. How do you connect UART pins to your PC? Can you take a picture to show me this?

Send the command with HCI Terster and no value is returned
