CC2541: simpleBLEPeripheral example

I have flashed SimpleBLEPeripheral .out file to the device.

I can see SimpleBLEPeripheral in the BLE Scanner APP which I am using in the my phone. but its not connecting to SimpleBLEPeripheral device .

Its not even pairing with my device, it shows connection fail and then Disconnected.

If you try TI SimpleLink Starter APP, can it connect to your CC2541 running SimpleBLEPeripheral? By the way, do you use your own custom CC2541 board or TI CC2541EMK+SMartRF05EB?

I am using custom cc2541 board, I have purchased HM-10 BLE module.
