CC2540: Designing a PCB antenna for CC2540

Part Number: CC2540
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE4490

Hi all,

I am planning to use CC2540 in one of my ongoing project,I have researched a number of design documents from TI about the design of PCB antenna for CC2540. My current device block diagram is shown below, I

want to replace the RN42 bluetooth with CC2540,regarding this new design I have some questions.

1.Is it possible to eliminate the MSP430 from the design if I use cc2540 since it has a 8051 micro controller core?

2.what I understood is that I have to design a PCB antenna for CC2540 incase I used it in my new design, some documents says that I have to design a IFA and some says it should be a balun antenna, can anybody suggest a solution for this?

3.In my understanding I need a CC debugger to load my own codes to the CC2540,since I am working on a wearable device space is very precious what is the minimum number of pins CC debugger  needs to burn codes?

My idea is show in the below figure is this approach is good ,can I use the CC2540 in the place of MSp430 microcontroller?
