LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1: Problem Starting Project Zero

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1

I have just opened my LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1 and I am trying to run through project zero. I have installed the SimpleLink Starter app on to my android and have plugged in the controller into my computer via the USB cable provided. However, the quickstart guide says that a device should appear on the app called ProjectZero, but no such device appears. I included a screenshot of the app. How can I get this project running?

    If you download prebuilt ble5_project_zero_cc13x2r1lp_app_FlashROM_Release_unsecure.hex under examples\rtos\CC1352R1_LAUNCHXL\ble5stack\hexfiles\cc13x2r1, does it work?
