Dear Sir,

We are trying to add the BMI 160 sensor on the CC2640R2 as AoA sender directly instead of using sensors booster pack.

The BMI 160 is connected to CC2640R2 by I2C SCL/SDA and two ints.

Is there any guide or support for the BMI 160 integration (software part)?

Yes, I do check the example driver for BMI 160.
So, I can copy the sample driver to "aoa_sender_cc2640r2lp_app\Application\" and build the project with aoa_sender.
The image should be good for both aoa sender and g sensor (BMI 160), is it correct?

Hello Fredrik

We have porting the driver on the AoA sender project and it's not working.

No sensor data is printed on the Serial Console.

According to the BMI160 sample, I saw following information in Board.html.

The example is for booster packs only?

Since we are adding one single BMI160 sensor instead of plug in the sensors booster pack, is any modification required?

Hi Andy,

You need to look at the schematic for the BoosterPack and either connect the sensor in the same way, or modify the board file according to how you connect it.

Have you verified that you are using the correct I2C address for the sensor? Note that this is dependent on HW configuration.
