SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK: v2.40: After Successful BTool Off-Chip OAD, the device does not reset and advertise

Hi,

    After Successful BTool Off-Chip OAD, I do not see the launchpad advertising. I need to press the reset button for it to advertise.

    Hi Markel,

    You have likely encountered Halt in Boot, you can prevent this by disconnecting from any debugger and reset the device before starting OAD.

    From my OAD testing using Btool from SDK 2.40, this happened 8 out of 8 tries. Before starting Btool I remove CC2640R2F Launchpad USB connection and connect it again. I do this because the BTool sometimes goes into error if I do not.

    But why before at SDKv1.40 Btool OAD after finishing OAD I see at BTool OAD Reset Successful? Would this Halt in Boot happen if I do OAD from Android Phone?
