Dear all TI Engineers,

After I have installed the SimpleLink Bluetooth LE Software Stack v2.2, there is a Windows application BTool.

What is BTool used for and how do I use it?

Hello Tim,
BTool is used to act as an Host for the HostTest firmware. You can set up a device running Hosttest as a central device and interact to scan, form connetions etc. There are various guides in different SDKs. You can refer to the latest Bluetooth Low Energy Fundamentals training found in resource explorer at dev.ti.com section Task 2 - Connect and navigate exposed services
