Compiler/CC2642R: New device with only 32 pins

Part Number: CC2642R
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2652R

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Hello

I want to replace a CC2640F with a CC2642R, for larger memory capabilities and use of BLE 5

But CC2640F was 32-pins device (CC2640F128RHB), and the new CC2642R is only 48-pins available at this time. I must to have to redesign the PCB.

Is it a prevision to produce in future a 32-pins CC2642R ? If yes in how long ?

Thank you

dB
