CC Debugger can't recognise BLE112 module

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2540

Hi

I am trying to configurate BLE112 with CC Debugger, but the LED is red and I can't solve this on my own.

I connected BLE with CC Deb as it is described in BLE112 Data Sheet. Target Voltage Sense is connected to external 3.3V supply which also supplies my BLE112 and pin 9 on CC Debugger is not connected. RESET pin on CC Debugger is connected to RESET pin on BLE. DC and DD pins are connected to correct pins on BLE. GND pin on CC Debugger and all GND pins from BLE are connected to the same GND pin on board which is supplying power.

I checked troubleshooting section in CC Debugger Data Sheet and all looks fine. Firmware is up to date, I upgraded it via SmartRF Flash Programmer. Soldering looks solid. I checked connections like a hundred of times. Target Voltage Sense has the same power input as all BLE pins which are supplying power to the module. All GND pins both from CC Debugger and BLE are connected to the same plane. Cable between CC Deb and BLE is new, it came with CC Deb which is also new.

I checked voltage on some pins with multimeter: Target Voltage Sense and RESET have 3.25-3.27 V, it looks fine. DC has -0.66V and DD has -0.4V. Is that ok?

Can help me please? Do you have some advice about solving my problem? Thanks in advance.

BR, Grzegorz
