I want to read the value of a variable continuously as battery sample source code. Batterry read continously value in the notify mode.

Hello Luong,
Then you need to enable notification by writing "01:00" to the Client Characteristic Configuration Descriptor attribute contained in the Battery Level characteristic. The Bluetooth Low Energy Fundamentals lab show you how to do this:

When notifications are enabled you will only get notifications when the parent value attribute is changed unless you manually trigger notifictions from your CC2650 application.

I use BLE stack 2.1.0 follow this tutorial to read value continously when I press the button. I have a problem. Value N/A.

In that case you must debug your firmware on CC2650 to verify correct operation.
Are you using the CC2650EM (7X7) + SmartRF06EB? That tutorial is deprecated (obsolete), this one should be used for CC2650:
software-dl.ti.com/.../overview.html

I would advice you to get a hold of one of the simplelink launchpads (CC2640R2 or CC26x2 Launchpad) and follow the labs "Bluetooth low energy Custom Profile" and "Bluetooth Low Energy Fundamentals".
