RTOS/CC2640: OAD Feature for CC2640F128

Hi,

I have CC2640F128 MCU and I would like to use OAD feature given by TI.
However, I am a little bit confused about which sample project I should import.

I installed BLE SDK v2.02.02.25 and there is example folder which contains lots of sample projects.

My device will be in peripheral mode and OAD supportted.

Which projects should I import ?

I guess, I need to import cc2650lp/simple_peripheral and cc2650/oad_target. Is my assumption correct ?

There is bim_oad_onchip project in SDK of CC2640R2F. Why the BIM project is not exist in CC2640 SDK?

If you install BLE stack2.2.2, you would find BIM project at C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_02_25\examples\util

Hi Erdem,

As Joakim hints to, you should consider moving to CC2640R2F if you are starting development on a new project.

If you need to use CC2640, you can find and OAD User's Guide in the docs folder (C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_02_25\docs\CC2640 BLE OAD User's Guide.pdf). It contains a step-by-step guide for OAD.
