Linux/CC2564C: Headset device disconnection happens when switching between WBS and BLE

Part Number: CC2564C

Tool/software: Linux

Hello,

Our terminal phone bonded two devices via HFP, one is handset, the other one is headset.

Handset keeps hookoff to switch between WBS and BLE for some times, and then the headset will lose connection.

But if disable BLE in such case, the action above will not lead to headset disconnection.

I attach the FW log and help check the cause please.

  • Hi Peijie,

    Sorry for the delay.

The attached logs only contain the traces from the "HCI/LMP viewer" port of the logger and not the "BT logger" port. While I could not get all the information from the logs, I noticed the connection that times out (handle 0x0002) goes into sniff mode with sniff attempt of 1 before the timeout. This is a little aggressive parameter especially since the use-case involves complex topology. Could you check in your test if the problem goes away if the sniff is not allowed on the 2nd connection (the one that times out)?

    Best regards,
    Vihang
