CC2650: CC2650 : Detect Change in handle when Client subscribes to Notification handle

I am trying to determine when a client subscribes to a notification characteristics and perform a task . Is there a event I could use to determine that ?  I know the client would write to the handle of that charactericrtic to subscribes , just can't exactly determine the callback for that event,
