Hi, hopefully this is easy to answer but I can't find anything in the documentation stating the differences.

The main difference can be seen in first in the feature list in the datasheet for the Q1 device: www.ti.com/.../swrs201a.pdf namely AEC-Q100 Qualified (automotive)

Thank you for this reply however I can only find parts with the "TW" in the part number within that datasheet. What does the "TW" designate?
