CC2642R: Unable to get OAD example operational on the LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1

I am supporting a customer and we are having difficulty getting the ble5_simple_peripheral_oad_onchip_cc26x2r1lp_app to run on the LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1.

Can you provide set-by-step instructions to follow in order to get the code operational (device never even starts to advertise).

My customer is able to get the ble5_simple_peripheral_cc26x2r1lp_app to advertise, so it does not seem to be a HW issue.

Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Which SDK version are you using? Also, which revision on the hardware? Please see this post for compatibility:

SDK version 2.40.00.81. As far as I can tell, it is revision E (difficult to read the part), I am using LAUNCHXL-CC26x2R1 Rev B dev kit.
I have followed the instructions provided for importing the OAD on-chip application, persistent app, library and bim. I followed TI instructions for generating a release non-secure build. Everything builds just fine, no warnings or errors, flash the device using UniFlash tool. Various apps running on an iPhone do not see the device advertising. I imported the simple peripheral app and it works just fine, with the same phone apps seeing the device advertisements.

We have developed a phone app that can perform OAD to a 2640 device. It's only the 26x2 device that is giving us problems.

So are you saying that the out-of-the-box ble5_simple_peripheral_oad_onchip_cc26x2r1lp_app does not advertise? I just went through the OAD guide recently so I can verify that it does in fact advertise.
