I have the impression that this problem appears when I have a hardware interrupt on a GPIO.

Can you please describe in more detail what the actual problem is? Where is the debugger when you stop running? What is the last event that you receive in your application? What is the status of the heaps / stacks (see link above)?

The problem :
I do not have a debugger connected.
I have the Simple Peripheral processes that runs continuously. the CC2650 advertises but nobody connects.
I have another process that is stuck on a semaphore.
this semaphore is posted regularly by a GPIO interrupt.
when my application task is unblocked by my semaphore I realize an I2C communication and I return while waiting for the semaphore.

after a random time (10min or 2h) my application process is still running but the CC2650 no longer realizes its advertising.
We have the impression that the radio part is no longer functional or that the Simple Peripheral process is stopped.

Well i would first recommend running with with the debugger attached and also answering the questions from my previous post. All relevant information can be found in the debugging section of the user's guide: dev.ti.com/.../debugging-index.html

Also note that there was an advertising stop issue that sounds similar to the issue you are describing here that was fixed in the 2.2.1 stack so I would recommend upgrading your SDK and trying the test again.
