I have used HCI tester for CC2564C RF test. I have use cc256xc_bt_sp_v1.1 service pack for the test. The following is the procedure
1. Run initscripts-TIInit_6.12.26.bts
2. Run initscripts-TIInit_6.12.26_ble_add-on.bts
3. Run Send_HCI_BLE_Transmitter_Test 0x00, 0x25, 0
Wait_HCI_Command_Complete_BLE_Transmitter_Test_Event 5000, any, HCI_BLE_Transmitter_Test, 0x00
For the CC256xCQFN-EM board, it is correct, the EVB radiate the RF signal at 2402MHz
For my RF module using CC2564C, the module radiate the RF signal at 2400 MHz instead of 2402MHz.
The 26 MHz crystal used at my RF module is the same as the EVB. Please tell me what is the problem.
