I am using CC2640 now and meet with a problem needs your help:

Do you have any suggestion?

We have modified the duty cycle and we still meet this problem, Really need your suggest~

Can you check the status of the ICall Heap and the application task stack when this happens? See: http://www.ti.com/lit/swru393

Your issue sounds like it could be "[BLESTACK-2626] Unable to stop ADV or Scan when prior ADV Set Param fails" or "[BLESTACK-2682] Scanning stops when advertising stop occurs, inconsistent scanning on adv re-enable". Both of these issues were fixed in BLE-Stack 2.2.2. Can you update to this version and try? Link: www.ti.com/.../ble-stack

Thank you very much for your reply~
Cause the products have been in production status, their are many people are using the products now~
So if we must update to BLE Stack 2.2.2 vertion, can it be updated through OAD?

I don't know how you have implemented OAD but I would guess it's not possible.
