LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: How does project zero create the public device address ?

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1

Hi,  When I use BTool ( 1.42) to scan for project zero,  I get a public address of 00 81 F9 49 AA FD.

If I search through the project zero code, I do not see a #define anywhere for this value.

Where is project zero retrieving this value from when creating the advertising packet ?
