Hello,

Bluetooth's Launch Studio tool has indicated that the qualification of the BLE-Stack software covered by Bluetooth Qualified Design Identification (QDID) 82185 will expire on June 22nd 2019.

What is your recommended approach for future Bluetooth qualification when using BLE-Stack on the CC2640R2F? Will the QDID be renewed, or is there an upgrade path that needs to be followed?

Hi John,
We will renew the QDID for CC2640R2, but feel free to qualify with the existing QDID if needed.

Hi Joakim,

Thanks for the prompt reply. We may not be in a position to qualify before June 22nd, so good to know a renewal of QDID 82185 is planned.

Will the renewal cover the same versions of BLE-Stack as are currently covered?
