Hello,

I am trying to load Simple peripheral example onto another board connected to cc26x2r1 debugger, but I am getting the following error.

I am able to do it using cc2650 Launchpad. what could be the reason?

Is it because I am not loading the stack, and trying to load only the app?

Here is how I have made the connection,

Also, I have tried uploading using Flash Programmer2. I tried force erase, but no difference.

If you use Flash Programmer 2, can it recognize your custom board?

It is, I checked the MAC address and I can see it, but it is recognizing it as cc2650.

What is your chip used on your custom board? Can you attach the screen shot of your Flash Programmer that recognizes your custom board?

Thank you for the response. It is cc2650 chip. So now my question is, will it not be able to use cc26x2r1 debugger to load ?

The type of launchpad you use as debugger does not matter since the debugger part is equal on all. Out of curiosity, why do you develop on the CC2650 and not the CC26x2?

Could you try to upload one of the basic driver examples instead? Some of the BLE examples are split image meaning that you have to do the flash operation in more than one step.

Since you have a custom board, what have you done with pin mapping etc compared to board files?

I tried to do that, it didn't work. So I switched back to 2650

It's not clear what you are referring to exactly that didn't work and it would be also interesting to get a description of what "does not work" mean.
