If FATAL ERROR in the radio occurred, is there any way to take the chip to a normal state, or reset the chip?

Could you please share more details regarding the FATAL ERROR? Are your referring to a CC2564C firmware crash? If yes, you will need to do a complete reset/reinitialization of the CC2564C to recover.
1. Toggle the nSHUTD line to disable and then enable the controller.
2. Download the CC2564C service-pack and necessary add-ons (e.g. BLE add-on or AVPR add-on).
3. Initialize the host stack.
