Linux/CC2652R: Send customized command from Network processor to CC2652 BLE using UART

Hello,

As to CC2652R1,  I need to control the DIO(such as DIO_18,DIO_20) from my network processor board.

Can I customized my command like the BTool? Like this:

I send a character string through UART, then the BLE chip will pull high/low  the DIO.
