Hi TI friends,

Is CC26X2R1 onchip OAD officially supported yet?

There is a project simple_peripheral_oad_onchip in simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_2_40_00_81.

I use UniFlash to program it to the LaunchPad by the order: persistent_app, BIM, and app. Then I use Btool to find out the advertisement is not sent. I also try downloading persistent and BIM only, and expect to get the persistent advertisement. It doesn't either.

Please help!

Does your LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1 use rev.E chip? Examples in simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_2_40_00_81 can only run on CC26x2R rev.E chip

Thanks YK,

We use F version. Isn't F version newer? Should we switch to E version, or there will be support on F version.

I suppose rev.F should work. Can you try it with latest SDK version which is 3.10.00.15?

Sorry, we are CC2642R1FC. I guess it's C version, right?

Please use Flash Programmer 2 to check chip revision.

I have to use Uniflash to get the device info and it says "Revision: 1.1"

That’s rev.C chip and you should use SDK before version 2.40
