CC2640R2F: BLE Project Zero Android App does not work with Project Zero from SDK 2.40

Hi,

I was able to build the BLE Project Zero Android App from this link below. I only change the the filtering of devices to "BLE Project Zero R2". I was able to connect to the Launchpad. But I am not able to turn on the led or detect button press. I am testing on Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro with Android Oreo.
