Try to refer to processors.wiki.ti.com/.../TI_Cloud_Agent . However, I would suggest you to install CCS desktop version instead of using CCS cloud.

All the requirements are fulfilled which are mentioned in the link. Its showing hardware not connected.

Do you see there are two virtual COM ports simulated by LaunchPad when you plug it into desktop?

yes its on com20 and com 21

Sometimes, TI cloud agent could be blocked by anti-virus software or firewall so I suggest you to use CCS desktop instead of CCS cloud from beginning.

Mohammad, did you check the link provided by YiKai above? Specifically the troubleshooting section?

If the troubleshooting tips do not help, please provide the logs mentioned in the link above.
