CC2640R2F: Can CC2640R2F judge the transformation power when doing the advertisement?

Hi, Sir.

I am using the CC2640R2 board. I develop a Bluetooth beacon which can only be scan inside a room, but can not be scan outside the room when someone just go out of the room. I think about reduce the transformation power of the advertisement, so that the advertisement is only in the range of this room. I look at the board SDK, API and the SimpleLink Academy 3.10.01.00.  I cannot find any function or variable can setup the transformation power. 

Do you know that whether the CC2640R2 board can setup transformation power or not?
