I was sure that I attached the image.

as you can see in the picture this error occured at 4th second of the sampling. It's not consistant, but I have the error in 90% ot attemptions.
I have Win10, USB 3.0, Dell Latitude 7480 with Core i5-7300u, 8GB RAM

The problem is not actually solved. Now I realized that the problem is in performance because the error occurs when the CPU utilization is 100%.
I have tried to close all other tasks and reboot my laptop and still have not succeeded. Sometimes I can finish a 5-second sample, but I've never succeeded in a 30-second sample.
I have a laptop with a good processor and enough RAM. But I can't use the tool.
What can I do to make it work?

Would you try this:

- after you launch EnergyTrace, close all the EnergyTrace graph views, Current and Energy in your case.

- capture data

See if this will capture more data and use less CPU cycles.

What are you trying to use EnergyTrace capture for? If you want to use it for profiling without any debug session, then you can also use the command line utility that comes with the CCS installation.

The utility is called stune. Details on where to get the utility from and the how to run it can be found in Section 3.6.5 in the XDS110 User's Guide: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sprui94/sprui94.pdf
