CCS compile CMSIS library error display "Unknow ARM architecture!"

hi TI professor,

        According to spma041g.pdf I download CMSIS and spmc017a.zip.But when I buliding the DSP library in CCS, the error occur about "unknown ARM architecture!".What reason can cause it?
