hi there.

i'm learning my cc2650lp, project zero. when i debug program, i got this error:

i find some solutions ( from our forum ) that i shoud do forced mass erase with smartRD Flash Programmer 2? but i still not know what to do. What should i do for debug and connect my cc2650lp again? this error just happened today. help me, thank you..

and here is my SmartRF Flash Programmer 2,i cant connect cc2650 and Forced mass erase too.

Hello,

Was this device programmed in the past? The debug port on the device seems to be locked. If you are not able to do mass erase, our recommendation is to replace the device

yes i think so. the debug inteface is locked. and i can’t do mass erase too. so i can’t fix this? my launchpad is dead :( ? i just have it a few days

i just have this launchpad about a week. i try some project blink led, uart, then i load project Zero BLE from CCS. it’s okey but 3 days ago this error appear and i cant do anything more.
