I have built a program using 7x7 chip but my actual MCU is 5x5 can be fir if i take care about the pin configuration?

Yes, it should work if you take care of pin configuration.

As table 3.1 in www.ti.com/.../cc2640r2f.pdf shows, all versions of CC2640R2 has the same amount of memory available, hence going from 7x7 to 5x5 will not cause any issues with the size of the image. If it fits on 7x7 it will fit on 5x5.

Thanks for the reply but i think the sensor controller engine is different the GPIO structure

The question was if the code would fit " if i take care about the pin configuration". Since a 7x7 and 5x5 have different GPIO mapping changes have to be done to the code for it to run.
