CC2652R: What is the noise figure and internal LNA gain of CC2652R

The noise figure of the LNA is implicitly given by the sensitivity numbers provided in the datasheet. You can use those for you evaluation.

I'd like to use the cascade LNA formula to calculate the sensitivity. Could you let me know the exact noise figure and gain of CC2652R?

Or if you can calculate the expected receive sensitivity for me? I am going to add an external LNA with a noise figure of 2dB and a gain of 11dB. Besides, I am also going to use LFB182G45BG5D920, contributing a instertion loss of 1.6dB, between CC2652R and external LNA.

Which external LNA device are you planning to use? We have done testing on a combination of CC2650 and CC2590 which gave an improvement of sensitivity of 2 - 3 dB.

Which RF PHY are you using, and what is the target sensitivity in your system?

I am using SKY66043. My target is -100dBm for BLE 1M.

The sensitivity for 1 Mbps BLE for CC2650 is -97 dBm according to the datasheet. CC2590 has a NF of 4.6 dB which according to testing gives 2 -3 dB. Looking at www.skyworksinc.com/.../SKY66403-11 the NF of the SKY is 2 dB which mean that the sensitivty will better with the SKY than CC2590. I haven't tried to calculate by how much but it should be possible to get an indication based on the numbers available.
