CC2640R2F: Crashes during scan of nearby devices

Hi team,

a customer of mine experiences crashes of CC2640R2F when scanning for nearby devices in an environment with lots of other bluetooth devices.

SDK info:

com.ti.rtsc.XDCtools: 3.51.02.21_core
com.ti.SIMPLELINK_CC2640R2_SDK: 3.10.00.15

What can be done to prevent this?

Hi Franz,

They could filter out the devices with appropriate UUID, as demonstrated in the simple central application. Could you elaborate a bit more on "crashes"?

Ask the customer to setup a debug environment and analyse the memory usage, which seems to be the issue. They will find details here: dev.ti.com/.../debugging-index.html
