For the Errata of CC2640R2F, as below link, I have some questions about this document

Question 1: Is it only Silicon Revision F ? I had find there are Silicon Revision A/B/C/D of CC2640 device .

Question 2: When does start production Silicon Revision D ? Does it estimate by Date Code ?

On the CC2640R2F it does not matter, as there is only one revision available. If you read the field as 0, it is 0 on all CC2640R2F devices.
