RTOS/CC2640: can it oad by onchip flash

I have read the spec and known that it says oad need off-chip flash.

my question is, is it possible to oad using only on-chip flash? if, for example, we delete some un-used stack file/code, make code size smaller.

Hi,

To be honest, I would only recommend the CC2642 for on-chip OAD, as the CC2640/50/R2 devices has limited flash availability and should only really use off-schip OAD.

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean with compatible, but it has a separate SDK although we have SW migration guides. OAD for on-chip is described in our UG:
