Hi,

I'm changing i/o board file to adapt the project zero program of cc2650 Launchpad to my costum board,

Is it necessary to define Jtag i/o in that board ifile?

No,there is no need to define Jtag i/o in board file.

As the pinout in the CC2650 shows the TMS and TCK pins are fixed hardware pins. All required pins are defined in the existing board file meaning that for a custom board you only have to change the assigned pin(s) or remove pins you are not using.

Also, in the document to port programs of launchpad to other modules says that need to use a 100 k resistor make the HW connection with cc2650 Module BoosterPack... As I'm using a costum board with cc2650MODA need I to use the 100 k resistor?

Step 3 is required with revision 1.2 or later because the CC2650 Module BoosterPack was designed

as a BoosterPack to work with a LaunchPad.”

Since you use a custom board, I don’t think you need that.
