CC2640R2F: Maximum Data byte transfer in one second using BLE 5

Part Number: CC2640R2F
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2541, , CC2650

Hi SIr/Mam,

I am have been developing BLE 4.0 based application using the CC2541/40 MCU for many different purposes which includes temperature, weigh, humidity, moisture, light sensor etc. Since those application never required a very high data throughput hence BLE 4.0 was more than sufficient from my applications as well as it was cheaper hence i did most of my development using the CC2541/40.

I order to upgrade my skills in bluetooth lately i have been working with the CC2650/CC2640R2F, i have a requirement where i need to transmit almost 2400 bytes per second. I have heard that BLE 5 has increased data throughput and also increase in range. It will be great if i can get some comments or help in order to decide if BLE 5.0 can help me in achieving the data throughput which i am aiming at. It will be also great if somebody can let me know what is the maximum amount of data packet which i can transfer to the mobile application in one second using the CC2640R2F.

Thanks

Regards
